Bosse Sports and Soma Spa creator DJ Bosse has long studied the balance of sports training and relaxation. Having been a former ATP professional tennis player he has designed this package for you to experience a day in the life of an athlete. Train like a pro, relax like a pro. Start your day off with a stimulating half hour massage with one of our world class therapists at Soma to awaken your muscles and prepare you for the days activities followed by a thirty minute warm up with a nationally certified trainer using our state of the art equipment. Once your body is warmed up you will focus on your short game for one-hour with a PGA pro in our golf training facility. Or, if tennis is your fancy, perhaps a one-hour challenge with one of our ATP professional tennis pros on the Rebound Ace courts used at the Australian Open. Following your workout, relax with a full body massage designed to nurture and reward your body from head to toe.
